Ballyhogue NS is a co-educational, Catholic, Primary School which strives to provide a caring, happy and secure atmosphere where the holistic needs of the pupils are met.
We endeavour to enhance the self-esteem of everyone in the school community, to grow and nurture in the pupils respect for people and property and to promote the idea of being responsible.
We encourage the involvement of parents throughout the school year through home/school contacts and through their involvement in the Parents Association.
Students benefit from a small teacher student ratio in a new building with an extensive range of resources. Students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of extra curricular activities within both our own school and with our neighbouring schools.
